Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on Kawamura Hideo Activity Inc. / Rezon website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then download or print a copy for future reference. We may change these terms without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and send you a further email to confirm your order details. Please note that neither email is acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch the product(s) to you.
Rezon values your business and your trust. Rezon adheres to the following policies to meet your needs for privacy and security when shopping with us. Rezon uses PayPal as its payment gateway. Shopping at our site is guaranteed by the PayPal Buyer Protection program. All credit card orders are processed on PayPal's secure servers. Rezon is also committed to ensuring the privacy of our customers. We keep any information you provide us confidential. We will not give out your information to anyone.
Rezon takes care to ensure that the items are free of defects in materials and workman ship. We shall not be liable for damage or expense arising directly or indirectly as a consequence of use of the item.
Rezon will make its best effort to ensure that your packages reach you accurately and expediently. All orders of in-stock merchandise will ship from our side within 3 days of receipt of order. You should then receive your merchandise in 5 to 20 business days. Shipping times will vary with the items. And the receiving schedule will vary with the countries.
Rezon shipment condition is the Free on Board(FOB).We have a responsibility on the airport in Japan, So regarding the loss or damage of goods then we will not be responsible.(We submit the reports for such as damage and the loss to the post office, but guarantee of the product cannot be possible.)

CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
Rezon trusts that you will be satisfied with the merchandise you purchase through our website. However, only if the goods arrived damaged, you must return an "in stock" item purchased on our site, You will be credited for the cost of the merchandise plus any additional taxes, but not for shipping costs. Products that have been damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
1. Email us at email@example.com to notify us of the return and to receive a return address.
2. After receiving our reply, mark it clearly on your return package and ship the merchandise being returned in its original packaging to the given address.
If this is not possible, please pack and seal the item securely with all of its original materials. Merchandise that is damaged during return or incomplete upon receipt will not be accepted.
You will have 14 days to return your merchandise after receiving our reply.
Returns due to a manufacturing defect will either be repaired or replaced, at Rezon's discretion. For refunds, we will issue a refund of your purchase within 7 business days for the original purchase price of the item being returned minus shipping cost. Should the return be due to defect or erroneous shipment, we will pay the shipping costs to send a replacement or repaired product back to you.
